To ensure that your flowers are looking their best, follow our care tips here. Cutting the ends, refreshing the water, giving the vase a quick clean and adding flower food all help to maintain freshness. Watch our video here and we'll show you how.

One things for sure - nature is unpredictable. We cannot guarantee what will be available to purchase at the Flower Market - but we can promise you that we aim to keep the integrity of the bouquet you see pictured. You are paying for our artistry - not a product that's mass produced.

You choose the bouquet, colour and size. If you would like it sent directly to the recipient, select send as a gift. This will give you the option to add a card message that's either pre-written by us, or write your own. Select the delivery date then at the check-out make sure you have the delivery address for your recipient OR if you'd prefer, we can send the bouquet to you and you can hand deliver it yourself ensuring you don't miss her reaction!

Diamonds are forever, flowers are not! But that's part of the beauty. Expect your bouquet to last around 5 days. Refer to our tips on keeping your flowers fresh if you want to keep them looking lovely.

Set + Forget

Set + Forget is our answer to the pain point of remembering to order flowers for the people you love. It's remembering mum's birthday, nailing your wedding anniversary and turning heads on Valentines day in one singular order. Give us the dates, set up the delivery address and even pre-write card messages. Simply set it + forget about it.

Some events are worth marking with flowers, while the way to her heart may be sending flowers just because she's awesome. We all need to be appreciated and random date flower deliveries act as a way to honour the everyday. Set + Forget can be all pre-set dates, all random dates (where we pick dates for you throughout the year) or most commonly a mix of both.

Yes, we make this easy. Want to send both your mum and your wife Mother's Day flowers - no worries. You can use all your dates to send flowers just for birthdays. You could even use Set + Forget to send all your staff flowers. The possibilities are endless.

Absolutely no problem. We would appreciate as much notice as possible (fresh flowers and all), but can easily reschedule the bouquet delivery for another time with up to 48 hours notice.

Yep! We get it, it's a bit tedious to fill out info for each bouquet, but still quicker than ordering each and every time. We think it should only take you 5 minutes one time all year.

Look this is a tough one. Probably best just to slip 'how long till our anniversary honey' into the conversation than us do Facebook stalking. If you're stuck and want to book Set + Forget but need to work out all the dates, maybe just reach out via the contact form and we'll try to help out.

Delivery

We are currently servicing Sutherland Shire to Kiama. That's already such a huge area - but we're pretty popular! If you put in a postcode outside that area, your order will be declined. If you've put in a postcode within that area but are having trouble please reach out to us and we'll endeavour to sort it out.

Look, we get it. You can't always be there for the delivery, so it would be best to only schedule deliveries that you can take in person. In the event that we miss you, we can leave the bouquet in a safe place with your permission. Just remember that outside in the elements is not the ideal place for fresh cut flowers. If there's not a suitable option to leave the bouquet, you may incur a re-delivery fee.

Yes absolutely yes! While we put a small amount of water in your bouquet to make it last the delivery - it's not enough to last the day. Best to trim the stems and pop your bouquet in fresh water straight away.

Scheduling gift bouquets can be tricky, we totally understand. Please reach out as early as possible so we can either rearrange the time, or with less notice, rearrange the delivery point.

At this point the straight up answer is no. We're just a small operation, and shipping fresh flowers all around Australia is just too tricky at this point. If you're interested in that service, we'd love to hear from you though as it's a consideration for down the track.
